Hi, I’m Nicole Palmer — strength trainer, yoga enthusiast, and passionate advocate for holistic well-being.
For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle. But it wasn’t until quarantine in 2020 that my approach to wellness truly evolved. That’s when I discovered yoga and the powerful mind-body connection it creates. Combined with regular cardio and therapy, I experienced a profound shift — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
That experience reshaped the way I live my life and how I guide my clients. Today, I emphasize the importance of a well-rounded self-care plan that nurtures every part of you — body, mind, and soul.
