Greetings and welcome! my name is Nicole Palmer. If you are reading this, chances are you are looking to make a change in your life. As a strength trainer for the past five years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals to create a positive and lasting change in their well-being.
During quarantine in 2020, I discovered my love for yoga and the mind-body connection it fostered. Coupled with frequent cardio and therapy, I immediately recognized a shift in the way I lived my life and how I pursued my goals. That revelation will stick with me forever and is the reason why I emphasize the importance of an all-encompassing self-care plan with each of my clients.
As a holistic health coach, I take a comprehensive approach to wellness that considers all aspects of your life, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and more. We work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.
My philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach to self-care and working out not only the physical being but the mental and emotional being as well. I believe establishing a routine exercise schedule, a nutritious plan, and working out emotional hindrances from the inside out is crucial in realizing one’s potential.
My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness through education, support, and personalized care. We believe that everyone has the potential to live a vibrant and fulfilling life, and I'm here to help them achieve that goal.
