Hi, I’m Nicole Palmer. I’m a strength coach, yoga lover, and your go-to for getting your life back on track without doing anything extreme or miserable.
I studied Exercise Science and have been coaching for over five years now. I’ve worked with all kinds of clients, including pre and postnatal women who just want to feel like themselves again. That season of life deserves way more support than it usually gets, and that’s something I take really seriously.
If I’m being honest, I didn’t always coach the way I do now. I used to be very “just push harder, sweat more, go go go.” Then 2020 hit, I found yoga, slowed down for the first time, and realized… oh, this matters too. Probably more than I was giving it credit for.
That’s when everything shifted.
Now, my approach is a mix of strength training, yoga, nutrition, and real-life habits that you can actually stick to. Not a plan that works for two weeks and then falls apart the second life gets busy.
I care about how you move, how you eat, how you recover, and how you talk to yourself on the days things don’t go perfectly. Because those are the things that actually create change.
I’m not here to yell at you, take away your favorite foods, or make you feel like you’re behind. You’re not.
I’m here to help you build strength, feel confident in your body, and create a routine that fits your life not the other way around.

There’s no one “right way” to do this. And if you’ve tried to follow a plan before and it didn’t stick… that’s probably why.
My approach is simple. We build something that actually works for you.
Yes, we’re strength training. Yes, we’re moving your body consistently. But we’re also looking at the bigger picture. Your habits, your routine, your energy, your nutrition, your recovery… all of it matters.
Because you can have the “perfect” workout plan, but if your life doesn’t support it, it’s not going to last.
Some people come to me not knowing where to start. Others are trying to get back into a routine. Some just feel stuck and need structure again.
Wherever you’re at, we meet you there.
Everything I do is personalized. Not in a “here’s a random plan, good luck” kind of way, but in a way that actually fits your life and evolves with you.
The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to build consistency, feel good in your body, and create something you can actually maintain.

My goal is simple. I want you to feel good in your body and actually know how to take care of yourself.
Not just while you’re working with me, but on your own too.
I’m big on education because I don’t want you to feel dependent on a coach forever. I want you to understand what you’re doing and why, so you can make decisions for yourself with confidence.
At the same time, you’re not doing this alone. You have support, structure, and someone in your corner who actually cares about how you’re feeling through the process.
This isn’t about being perfect or having it all figured out. It’s about learning your body, building habits that make sense for your life, and showing up for yourself in a way that feels sustainable.
